Exercise of the Week: Single Leg Dowel RDL

The exercise of the week is the single leg dowel RDL which I always incorporate before progressing our athletes to single leg RDL exercises that are loaded beyond body weight, which is one of my favorite exercises as it can be loaded heavily for strength gains, or lighter for grooving technique and movement prep applications.
