Just a few thoughts to let you chew on over the weekend. 1. Tonight I'm headed down to Phoenix to attend Perform Better's one day seminar, learn a thing or two, meet some old friends, and find some new friends. Wow! What a great weekend? I spent all weekend learning from some incredibly smart people at the Perform Better Summit in Long Beach. A chance to learn…refresh…attack.

Every so often an opportunity comes up that reinvigorates your passion for what you do. Be it seeing a great race that lights that fire underneath you to get out and hit the trails a little more purposefully or reading a book that makes you want to take control of your life.
