Tracking Consistency and Achieving Goals

I've been training at the same place every morning for the past several years, and I am quite content. It's not that it's filled with "State of The Art" equipment or is loaded with people pursuing the same goals as me. They don't blast headbanging music to get me pumped up before a set. Nope. Snowflakes and Athletes

I have just returned home to Flagstaff after a refreshing four week hiatus at my parent's home in the Lehigh Valley. It is always nice to get home and spend some time with mom and dad; I feel like we don't get to do it often enough. It was sad to leave, but it is very exciting to be back in Flagstaff as well. The New Year’s Resolution
