Don’t Revolve. Evolve!
by Carson Boddicker on Jun 14th, 2010
A while back my friend and I were having a conversation about some of the things we've learned in life, and my friend's biggest lesson learned is to never be in the same place twice. This same athlete has had a lot of difficulty controling the same knee in jumping and landing. As you know, this adducted/internally rotated position is the prime one for non-contact ACL injuries. As I sat there lamenting the posture (as I feel structure certainly dictates function), ano...Read More » Tags
