Exercise of the Week-Drop Lunges

This is a great tool to improve hip mobility and also a good mobilization in the transverse plane at the ankle.  There are a few places within a session that this could fit, but I primarily use it within the dynamic mobility section of our training sessions.  In the coming weeks I may post the video of a certain fitness professional turning this into a dance move, as well.
