The night from hell…

Hello guys,

Short one this morning as I’ve had next to no sleep on account of a pretty rough sore throat, fever, and some coughing. I once joked back in May with a microbiologist that the world is ripe for a plague. Retrospectively, I should have kept my mouth shut. Karma bites from time to time.

On the upside, I did have my ankle mobility article go up today at EliteFTS.com. If you missed it last week, definitely go to EliteFTS and check it out. If you like or hate it, feel free to drop in a comment in the comments section!

Best regards,

Carson Boddicker

Great article on ankle mobility. Was it written for a class, or just for the blog?

I wrote it this summer while at AP, actually. I wrote it to expand my ability to understand the “why” we do ankle mobilization and to try and address “how” to better do it. I was inspired by one of Brian Mulligan’s books to evaluate the way we were doing things as coaches.
