Wanting to alleviate pains in my workouts, (elbow, shoulder, back) there was no &quot;how to&quot; info in there save for the illusive &quot;Z voodoo&quot; mention - and yes, I&#039;ve read Dr. Sarno - he&#039;s the reason I squat and deadlift now, so I do believe the brain can be fooled. I felt like it just wasted my time.</description>
